AERO is one of the best things that happened to Windows and many users have embraced it. If you are left with a Home Basic edition that does not support AERO this one is for you.
AERO Enabler is a little tool that lets you have the AERO effect on both Windows Vista/7 Basic editions. It might work on Starter as well (But, I haven’t tried that).
